THE ONE THE ONLY 

Indooroopilly Shopping Center have switched up the Brisbane fashion scene with an electric runway show, with supermodel beauty Samantha Harris taking the lead with fellow Dally models. Labeled the title The One The Only, the Spring Summer launch paired up with Vogue Australia’s Editor-in-Chief Edwina McCann for the magical night. I was so thankful to be part of this event and watching the event unfold and to see the fashion scene blossom into a new era. Showcasing some of Australia’s best designers and also some of our favourite international designers, from the colour scape fantasy land of Camilla to the clean cut lines of Scanlan & Theodore and show stopping garments by Carla Zampatti.

On the night guests were welcomed with endless drink and tantalising appetisers, (which I consumed a lot of!), along with music and a aerial act. I was completely in awe of the set up of the show and the passion Indooroopilly has to stand strong since their establishment in 1970. Styled by Virginia Dowzer, the catwalk was a hit with my favourites being the Carla Zampatti and Oroton’s apparel was to die for especially the canvas slip ons! Hosted by not only Edwina McCann but Internationally-acclaimed author and former model Tara Moss alongside Centre Manager, Leah Mienert.

My outfit was inspired by the theme of Spring Summer, with one of Seed Heritage’s latest pieces the Utility Wrap Jumpsuit! I took some quick snaps in the piece and will be doing a full shoot to showcase it’s beauty. I would like to extend a special thanks to the lovely ladies at PPR, Lee, Rachel and Candice for letting myself and my partner be apart of this beautiful event.
