SUMMER DAZE – SUNGLASS HUT

When summer arrives in my hometown Brisbane, you can feel it everywhere. The whole city turns into a tropical oasis that drives you to our beautiful coastlines. Before we travelled I packed away my three favourite shades from Sunglass Hut, why three shades? Because I always change my shades throughout the day to match my outfits, I think you should try it! When putting a summer outfit together I always add a splash of fun with sunglasses. I find these Miu Miu shades are the perfect funky summer accessory to my jumpsuit from The Great Beyond.
Once we reached the beach the sun was shining down making the water glisten, I didn’t want to leave! The best thing about Bulcock Beach at Caloundra is how they have this walk way that creates little beach shelters, it’s a great spot just on the beach where you can escape the heat in the shade. Another get feature about this beach is how calm the waves are you can literally swim without fear, it’s perfect! Alongside the beach is rock pools that are perfect for families and those who like a little nature spa day.
Our first stop was MooFree Burgers at Northlakes, a great food spot to fuel up for a big day. Then we hit the road with Caloundra as our destination. Once we reached the beach the sun was shining down making the water glisten, I didn’t want to leave! The best thing about Bulcock Beach at Caloundra is where they have this walk way that creates little beach shelters, it’s a great spot just on the beach where you can escape the heat in the shade.
A great feature about this beach is how calm the waves are, you can literally swim without fear it’s perfect! When it came to swimwear I’m in love with one pieces, they are such a classic beach attire. I wore my ASOS golden one piece paired back with my monochrome Prada shades (I love these sunglasses totally 90’s vibing).
It was the perfect afternoon walk to end our day at the Sunshine Coast. As the evening cooled down we hopped back into the car and started our journey back home.
