MYER SPRING SUMMER – MBFF 2014

The buzz was in the air when fashion designers Alex Perry, Arthur Galan and Gail Elliot (from Little Joe Women) were in the room. It was the perfect start for my week at Brisbane’s Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival, with the Myer Spring Summer show taking centre stage. Before entering into the glorious runway seats, I indulged in some stylish luxury in the Epicure VIP Lounge. Where VIPs and fashion lovers alike nibbled on canapés and the delicious Deakin Estate wines. My personal favourite was the sparkling Azahara Chardonnay Pinot Noir, I love a wine with a bit of a fruity twist perfect for the fashionable evening!

On the evening I sported a Jayson Brunsdon who was also featured in the Myer runway show. One of my highlights was the prints on the sleek designs By Johnny and the forever enchanting elegance seen in the designs of Ellery. This show was more than refreshing and simply enchanting, I am so glad to see how far the Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival in Brisbane has grown.
