HOW TO RELEASE YOUR INNER CONFIDENCE IN 3 STEPS x ZARA JUMPSUIT ENVY
I’ve decided to make each post count instead of just talking about what I am wearing and where I got it. So how else can you introduce a scrumptious jumpsuit without talking about releasing your inner confidence! Just like a shopping for a jumpsuit and having strength from within you have to be coaxed into it. Sometimes you might be that day you feel on top of the world or wether you have your trusty bestie with you to help you give that jumpsuit a go! So let’s get to it, my top 3 tips releasing your inner confidence.
1. Love yourself!
Deep down inside you know you have the potential to be the most incredible person in the world entire world if you wanted to. You could even surpass your idols and divas like Rihanna. That’s why I strongly encourage spending a minute or two in the morning in front of the mirror and telling yourself how amazing you are, thanking your self for the amazing experience you share with this universe everyday!
2. Werrrkkk it!
Wether it’s dancing to your favourite Chilidish Gambino track or learning how to Whip then Nae Nae. Pick a movement and groove with it, remember exercise does not need to a sport. For myself I love skipping and the Tracey Anderson method but trust me after skipping I always do a little dance. You will not only learn more about your body but you will feel more confident.
3. Self Reflect
Self reflection is a great way for you to check in and see what works for you. It’s also a great way to keep your emotions in check and change behavioural patterns that may result in you feeling less empowered. Remember you need to notice what makes you confident then focus on that, work with it and nurture it.
